4-6 boneless Chicken Breasts (cut into pieces)
1/2 stick of butter (some times I put in a whole stick)
1 pkg Italian Season Salad Dressing Mix

Sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
1 med. onion chopped (optional)
garlic to taste (optional)
Put butter, chicken & Italian Mix into crockpot. cook until chicken is done.
( about 5 Hrs) Mix sauce ingredients & cook another hour.
Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
