1 gallon ziplock bag 1/2 cup butter or magarine
1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar 3oz cream cheese

Put all ingredients into ziplock bag & seal. Pass bag around and let everyone help mix (squeeze it) for about 30 minutes. Serve out of bag or spread in pan & cut.
