You use these recipes and tips at your own risk.

If you follow the instructions and do not like something, that is not our fault. We do like them and use them.

If you try to follow the instructions, make a mistake and ruin something or some of the ingredients, that is also not our fault.

Some of these recipes may contain one or more of the following: nuts, peanut butter, glutton, wheat, oats, cheese, dairy products, soy, sugar, meat, chicken, fish, shellfish, and/or other allergens. If you are allergic to something and it is included in one of these recipes, and you use it, this is not our fault.

If you get sick after eating any of these recipe you most likely caught something elsewhere or used spoiled ingredients to begin with. This too is not our fault.
